The purpose of this page is to provide copies of our latest alerts on legislation before the California Legislature and a way to respond to them. It is also possible to subscribe to our legislative alerts by keying your E-mail address into the yellow sign up box found at the bottom of this page.
The California Legislature has now closed for the year. It is not scheduled to meet again until January 4, 2012.
The Governor had until October 9 to sign the bills, veto them, or let them become law without his signature.
