Judge Virginia Phillips, of the US District Court For California has issued a ruling that the Don't Ask, Don't Tell policy of the US military is unconstitutional. You will see a link to a copy of that court decision below.
The case was brought to the court by the Log Cabin Republicans. In her decision, Judge Phillips directed the Log Cabin Republicans to draft proposed wording for a final order in this case. You will find below a link to the wording they have proposed.
The Government in turn has submitted a document stating its objections to the wording proposed by the Log Cabin Republicans. Again you will find a link to that document below.
